Pre Payment has to be done to the respective baker. Without payment, the order shall not be considered as confirmed.Shipping timings are in between 10 AM to 9 PM. You can choose your desired time slot.Contact details should be clearly mentioned for communication and delivery purpose.Any change in order details like timings etc. can be made before 8 hours prior to the delivery time.If you want to change the delivery date, then you need to contact your respective baker in well advance and ask for the same.If you put delivery address out of our service areas mentioned on the website, we reserve rights to cancel your order.Delivery charges are applicable wherever we mentioned.For payment, you need to contact respective baker. He/She will tell you the options suitable for them like Google Pay, Phone Pay / PayTM, etc.If you are going to pick up a cake and during transportation, if damage happens, pick up person will be solely responsible.Redelivery cannot be possible and you will have to make full payment in the following circumstancesThe receiver is not available at the given delivery addressWrong contact details like mobile numberWrong delivery addressThe receiver is not receiving a callRecipient refused the productIn case of any disaster like flood, heavy rain or any strike delivery date or time may reschedule.
Refund Policy
Bakery products are perishable or can be easily spoilt so there is no refund of the order.Product taste, shape and looks may vary.If you have any issues about product or service, please contact respective baker.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
There is no cancellation of an order if your product is ready or it is in-progress.Order cancellation is possible only if you notify us the same in well advanced.
